Here is a step-by-step guide on how to install XPel armor protection for the Cybertruck vault, as demonstrated in the video. 

This guide should help you navigate the installation process smoothly. Remember to use the chapter markers in the video for detailed demonstrations of each step [00:41].

Preparation

• Check the contents: The box includes side and back panel pieces, a squeegee, and a video link. The pieces are labeled A through M for installation order [01:31].
• Gather tools: You'll need isopropyl alcohol for surface prep and a kneeling pad for comfort [01:49], [02:30].
• Surface preparation: Spray isopropyl alcohol on the panels to remove contaminants. It doesn't need to be immaculately clean [02:42].

Installation Process

• Back Panel (Pieces A, B, C):

  • Start with piece A at the bottom, aligning it with the edges [04:11].
  • Remove the backing completely, position it carefully, and use the squeegee to apply [04:35].
  • Continue with the larger piece B, ensuring alignment across the top [06:24].
  • Finish with piece C, ensuring it's flush with the edge [10:11].

• Side Panel (Pieces I, Door piece, K, L, M):

  • For piece I, use the backer to help position it above the L-track [13:28].
  • Align with the top of the L-track and adjust as needed [14:41].
  • For the door piece, ensure it's square on the door [17:17].
  • For piece K, align the rounded corner correctly and track across the line [20:01].
  • For piece L, align the tip with the corner [22:56].
  • For piece M, get into the corner with your eyes for alignment [24:39].

Finishing Touches

• Squeegee thoroughly: Ensure all air bubbles are removed [09:20].
• Check for imperfections: You have a couple of weeks to address any issues [09:43].
• Warm if needed: Parking in the sun can help with adhesion and removal [09:54].

Additional Notes

• The triangular pieces above the L-track are optional [01:01].
• Install pieces in alphabetical order [01:37].
• Be careful when peeling back pieces to avoid stretching or ripping [17:46].
• Address any tension in the material by peeling back and repositioning [26:52].
