The video below shows how to install in a front and rear door. If you have a pre-refresh Model 3 or Y, please lower the window before 

starting. Removing the light will cause the window to raise, and plugging in the new light should cause it to drop again, but just in case, just roll down the window before starting.

Below is a quick summary of how to install:

1. Lower the window before starting (not required if you have a refreshed 3 or Y (Highland or Juniper)
2. Pry the existing light out using a plastic pry tool (such as this). Do not sue a flat-blade screwdriver as the metal might crack the lens or damage the trim.
3. Unclip the light, ensuring the power cable remains outside the opening
4. Clip the new light in
5. Ensure the projection is correctly oriented
6. Push the light fully into the opening so that it's flush with the bottom of the door.
