Do you really have stock?

Yes. If the Add to Cart button is displayed on the product page, then it's in-stock, and will ship within one business day.

The item I want is out of stock. Can I pre-order?

If an item is out of stock, you'll see a Notify button that looks like this:

This will allow you to enter your email address, and we'll let you know the moment it's back in stock. Note, sometime a re-stock will be limited, so be sure to move fast to avoid disappointment.

How often are items restocked?

All the time. Global logistics are an extraordinary challenge these days. Ideally, nothing should ever be out of stock, but current conditions just mean that it's sometimes unavoidable.
