🌍Where do we ship?
Everywhere that Tesla's & Rivian's are sold or driven! If you see a message at checkout saying we don't ship to your location, let us know and we'll get your country added.
⏱️How long does shipping take?
For international orders, our "standard" option can be very cost-effective, especially for small packages, the average time door-to-door is around 12 days, but that can vary considerably depending on your local mail carrier, and availability of commercial airlift (all postal service packages transit on regularly scheduled air flights with BA, KLM etc).
We aim to ship nearly every in-stock product within one business day. Orders placed by midday US Central Time (GMT -6hours) will normally ship same-day, but allow an extra day if ordering during a sale event.
📭Standard Shipping
We use USPS (which will translate to your local mail carrier when the package is handed-off, and DHL eCommerce.
You can sometimes use the Postal Service tracking link for more accurate tracking once the package is in your country.
Because we have multiple warehouses, multiple item orders may have more than one package. We are working to consolidate our warehouse locations to limit this, but it remains a work in progress.
⏩Expedited Shipping
Some orders (depending on which of our warehouses fulfills it) can be upgraded to an expedited option, your order will ship via UPS International Expedited, taking around 3-5 days to deliver to almost any address. As with all of our shipping options, we make no profit, all costs are provided real-time from the carriers.
👮♂️Customs Fees, Duty & VAT
When you order from us, your package ships without any local taxes or fees pre-paid (nor do you pay US sales tax, of course). Depending on your country's import allowances, you may be asked to pay these fees prior to delivery. As a general rule (but not guaranteed!), smaller packages that ship via our lower cost service rarely get fees applied. Larger, more valuable shipments, especially those traveling with DHL, are much more likely to be checked by your local Customs authority.
