US Orders
If you'd like to return anything, please visit our returns portal here: https://abstractocean.com/apps/redo/account
Returns can be made up to 30 days after purchase; this period is extended during the holiday season, and dates will be shown at checkout.
Please ship your return in a timely manner. If it’s not shipped within 2 weeks of us providing the label, and you’ve not reached out to us advising of the delay, then a restocking fee may be applied.
We encourage you to reuse the outbound packaging for your return and request you do not apply the return label directly to the packaging. However, if your order arrived in a Priority Mail bag/box, be sure to cover up any Priority Mail branding, otherwise USPS will ship it back to us, and levy an additional charge.
We process returns ~7 days of receipt to our warehouse (normally on Thursdays), so you'll see your refund confirmation once the return is processed back into stock. You can track the return status in the Portal.
International Orders
For international orders, we are also happy to accept returns, but as there's no automated way for us to generate a return label, the return shipping responsibility is yours. We recommend using a tracked method, normally your local postal carrier offers the cheapest option. Please contact us first to authorize the return and to obtain an RMA number. As above, we can refund your payment method if returned within 30 days, otherwise we will issue a store credit.

Single-Use Products
Some of the products we sell become used as soon as you start the installation process. Please be sure you're happy with the product and comfortable with the installation process before going ahead, as unfortunately we're not able to issue refunds for failed installations. We recommend you 'dry install' first (i.e. place the products in the final location, but do not remove any protective backing etc) Specifically, single-use products are anything with a backing that has to be removed for installation:
- All vinyl
- All Alcantara (if backing is removed)
- Logo Covers
- All real wood veneer products (if backing is removed)
- All screen protectors
- All PPF
- Anything that's stuck down; including door, trunk, frunk sill protectors, console and dash caps, camera covers, etc
- All fragrances that have been opened
- Emblems
- Wheel Bands
- Mudflaps
- Jack Adapters
- Spudgers
Final Sale Products
Items in a final sale or clearance sale are deeply discounted, and unfortunately cannot be returned (unless defective, of course).
Free Gift With Purchase
Sometimes we will offer a free gift with purchases above a certain amount. In the event you opt to return some of the order and the revised order total is less than the free gift threshold, you will also have to return (or pay for) the free gift. If you opt to return the entire order, the free gift must also be returned in unused condition.
Model Compatibility
Each product page will have details of which models the accessory is compatible with. Tesla being Tesla, this can sometimes be quite specific. If nothing is shown, then the accessory will be compatible with the entire model range, i.e. Model 3, R1T etc.
Our accessories are designed to be compatible with the factory specification vehicle. This means that if you already have after-market accessories not supplied by Abstract Ocean, then we cannot be responsible for compatibility issues, as it's impossible to test for every combination. All Abstract Ocean accessories are compatible with each other unless otherwise stated.
