Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, you'll see buttons on your checkout confirmation page that look like this:
This is where you can make order changes, or cancel it, but you need to be fast - we don't hang around when it comes to shipping! As soon as we start processing your order, you'll not be able to update or cancel it. If your order is placed during working hours, you might just have a few minutes, but during the evening or a Sunday, you'll get a little longer.
Our support team has the same options open to them, so if your order is already in the fulfillment process and you no longer need it, please refuse the delivery, as that will return it back to us at no cost to you. If you're not able to do that, please create a return request here.
